I’ve recently been listening to the Goop podcast and the Goop Beauty Closet podcast. It really has me thinking about the ingredients in the products I use and transitioning to more clean beauty products.
Don’t get me wrong, I will always be a luxury skincare boy, but I think it might be time to switch it up a bit. I am currently using some clean beauty products but I plan on adding more to my routine and really scrutinizing ingredients as I purchase new products.
I think the first step is to focus on products that cover a larger portion of your skin like the products we use on our body such as shower gels and body lotions. So I am going to start there by looking at some cleaner bath and body products.
Some of my favorite current Clean Beauty brands are shown in the picture above. I regularly use products from brands such as Pacifica Beauty, Derma E, Weleda and Mad Hippie.
I will be sharing a post later this week with some of the ingredient nasties that we need to watch out for in our beauty products. Let me know in the comments what clean beauty brands you love and what ingredients you try to avoid!
