Clean Beauty Products at Target

Target might not be a place one would think about when it comes to Clean Beauty products, but you would be surprised. We all love Target for stocking and selling everything we need and some we don’t. I’m looking at you Dollar Spot! So I decided to take a trip around the store to see what Clean Beauty products I could actually find. I knew they carried some of my favorite brands like Pacifica Beauty and Yes To but I was surprised to find a few new ones as well.

Myro Plant Powered Deodorant

If you have followed this blog for awhile, I have mentioned how sensitive my skin is, especially my underarm area. Most commercial deodorants often break me out in a painful and itchy rash. So I’m always on the hunt for a great deodorant without any irritating ingredients.

I discovered these Myro Deodorants on my last trip. I was intrigued and picked up the Big Dipper scent which is scented with bergamot, lavendar and vetiver. The Myro deodorants are an aloe-based formula powered by bacteria-neutralizing citrus and probiotics to keep you smelling great while natural cornstarch keeps you feeling dry. The formula is full of clean ingredients and formulated without aluminum, parabens, baking soda or gluten. They are also vegan, and cruelty free. Another positive note is that the container is 100% recyclable but also refillable (the refills pods are sold separately). So they are beneficial to the planet as well as to your health and well being.

I really tested this one out over the past weekend when I ran a 5K race and spent two full days from open to close outside in the Florida heat at the Disney parks. No irritation, no stinkiness at all. These did a great job and I will definitely be purchasing more. I can see these being like Pokemon, got to catch them all.

Native Coconut and VAnilla Body Wash and Deodorant

Speaking of deodorants, I really love the ones from Native. I have been using the Coconut and Vanilla one for awhile. These are aluminum and paraben free as well and do a great job at keeping you fresh and protected throughout the day. While they are not my absolute favorite, they sure do work in a pinch.

Since I love the deodorant so much, I decided to try out their Body Washes. I picked up the Coconut and Vanilla scented Body Wash to match the deo. What can I say, I’m a sucker for matching and layering scents. I love the thick texture of these and they lather up nicely. The simple ingredient listing on the back lets you know that you are using safe and effective natural based ingredients without aluminum, parabens, phthalates, and other nasty ingredients. I can’t wait to try out more scents.

Dr. Bronner’s Castille Soap

I recently got to try the Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castille Soap and have loved using it for the shower as well as around the house as a cleaning solution. So I decided to check out more of the line that was available at Target. I wanted to try the Unscented Castille Soap as well as the Citrus Castille Soap.

These are so lovely and I’m happy to know that they have pure, simple and clean ingredients.

Pacifica Beauty Water Bounce Booster Serum

Again, if you have followed me at ALL, you will know that I am obsessed with Pacifica Beauty. They have some amazing skincare and other beauty products that are natural based and clean. I heard they recently launched four new serums so I had to pick one up to try out. They are always releasing new products and have some to address every skin concern. Let’s be honest, they just slay the natural skincare game.

On this past trip, I decided to pick up the new Pacifica Beauty Water Bounce Booster Serum. This is a concentrated bioactive formula that really helps to hydrate the skin. Similar to what a hylaronic acid serum would. The key ingredients are pea peptides & a bioactive kelp complex. There are no phthalates or parabens and the whole line is vegan and cruelty free.

I absolutely love the unique watery texture and gorgeous scent of this serum. When I apply this serum, it really leaves my skin soft and smooth.
